RDC Administrator Settings

For each branch, designate who to notify about order or cycle count errors generated using the remote data collection system. More:

Settings	Administrator to Receive Order Errors - Enter the user ID or message group to notify about order errors. Message Writer with Order Errors (Y/N) - Indicate whether the system should notify the writer of the order about order errors. Administrator to Receive Cycle Count Errors - Enter the user ID or message group to notify about errors that occur during an RDC cycle count. Error Communication Method - Select whether the system sends the administrator a message or tracker when an error occurs.
Outcome of setting this control record	Provides the system with the users that should be notified during remote data collection system activity.
Default Value(s)	None
Action if set to Null	System does not notify a user during remote data collection activity.

Round To Sell Package Quantity On RDC Orders And Pocket OE Orders

Indicate whether the system rounds the order quantity on remote data collection (RDC) orders to the sell package quantity. More:

Settings	N (No) - Does not round the order quantity. F (Force) - Rounds the order quantity. W (Warn) - Displays a warning that you should round the order quantity.
Outcome of setting this control record	Determines how the system handles rounding for remote data collection orders.
Default Value(s)	No
Action if set to Null	Same as if set to No.
Additional Information	You can override this setting at the customer level using the Round to Sell Pack Qty on Remote Orders field in the Remote Order Entry Parameters window.
