Eclipse Document Imaging gives you extensive control over scanned images, to customize imaging to your own workflow. You can create a user-defined authorization key that controls a user's ability to edit an image. After creating the authorization key, add it to the Valid Imaging Auth Keys control maintenance record, assign it to an image profile in Document Profile Maintenance, and then to your users in User Maintenance.
