Selecting Lot Billing Change Log Screen Views

Use the following screen views to track changes made to a lot item on the master job bid:

To view general lot item comments:

Review master job bid lot item status changes.
Use the Change View hot key and select General Comments to display the General Comments view.
In the Comment field, review any general system-generated or user comments entered for this lot item.

To view any lot item billing comments:

Review master job bid lot item status changes.
Use the Change View hot key and select Billing Comments to display the Billing Comments view.
In the Comment field, review any system-generated or user billing comments entered for this lot item.

To view the lot item ledger (cost view):

Review master job bid lot item status changes.
Use the Change View hot key and select Ledger Item (Cost) to display the Ledger Item (Cost) view.
Review the following information, as needed:

Column	Description
Typ	Identifies the reason for the ledger entry.
Price	The original amount the customer owed you. Negative entries indicate the amount the customer paid on the specified date and time.
Cost	The original amount you owed the vendor. Negative entries indicate the amount you paid the vendor on that date at that time.
Open Price	The amount the customer owed you, as of that date and time.
Open Cost	The amount you owed the vendor, as of that date and time.

To view the lot item ledger (gross profit percentage view):

Review master job bid lot item status changes.
Use the Change View hot key and select Ledger Item (GP%) to display the Ledger Item (GP%) view.
Review the following information, as needed:

Column	Description
Typ	Identifies the reason for the ledger entry.
Open Price	The amount the customer owed you, as of that date and time.
Open Cost	The amount you owed the vendor, as of that date and time.
GP%	The total percentage of the price that your company receives as profit from this sale.

To view the master job bid price overview:

Review master job bid lot item status changes.
Use the Change View hot key and select MJB Price Overview to display the MJB Price Overview view.
Review the following information, as needed:

Column	Description
Comment	The nature of the update. Eclipse uses multiple standard comments for master job bid-related changes.
Amount	The dollar amount that was added to or subtracted from the lot items.
Remaining MJB Price	Shows any additions to or subtractions from the price of the lot item over the course of the project.
Remaining Bill Price	Shows the amount remaining to be billed to the customer as a result of the additions to or subtractions from the lot price.

To view the master job bid cost overview:

Review master job bid lot item status changes.
Use the Change View hot key and select MJB Cost Overview to display the MJB Cost Overview view.
Review the following information, as needed:

Column	Description
Comment	The nature of the update. Eclipse uses multiple standard comments for master job bid-related changes.
Amount	The dollar amount that was added to or subtracted from the lot items.
Remaining MJB Price	Shows any additions to or subtractions from the cost of the lot item over the course of the project.
Remaining Bill Price	Shows the amount remaining to be paid to the vendor as a result of the additions to or subtractions from the lot cost.
