To view the log data for procurement groups:The system stores data for procurement groups in the maintenance log. Use the Log hot key from the Procurement Group Maintenance screen to view the data.
To view the log data for procurement groups:From the Purch > Maintenance menu, select Procurement Group Maintenance to display the Procurement Group Maintenance screen.
In the Group ID field, enter the ID for the procurement group for which you want to view the log.
Use the Log hot key to display the Maintenance Log Viewing screen.
By default the description field displays the first line of the comment.
Use the Expand or Synop hot keys to view the entire comment description or the abbreviated format.
Use the View hot key to display any order which may be listed.
Use the Select hot key to search the comments.
Press Esc to return to the Procurement Group Maintenance screen
Press Esc to exit and return to the main menu.
