JConsole is a Java monitoring tool that provides performance information about applications such as Solar Eclipse that run on the Java platform. If you experience issues with Solar Eclipse, Eclipse support staff might request that you install JConsole for troubleshooting purposes.

You must be assigned the SUPERUSER authorization key to use this function.
