To request a special product:If you cannot find the item you are looking for, use the web site to place a special request.
To request a special product:Click the Search tab in the Product Search frame to display the Search field.
Click the Click here to enter non-catalog product info link to display the Enter New Product Info page.
In the fields provided, enter as much information about the item as possible. An asterisk (*) next to a field name identifies a required field.
Click Continue to send your request.
You receive an e-mail when the buyer locates the item, or as soon as additional information is available.
