Use the A/P Items window to view information about purchase orders that your company has received.
To view information about a received purchase order:
From the A/P menu, select A/P Inquiry to display the A/P Inquiry window.
Populate the window.
From the Inquiries menu, select either Open Orders or Bids to display either the Purchase History window or the Sales Inquiry window.
In the Purchase History window or the Sales Inquiry window, from the View menu, select A/P Items to display the A/P Items window.
The following information is displayed regarding all purchase orders in connection with the designated vendor:

Vendor Name |
The vendor account name and address. |
Contact/Phone # |
The first three contacts listed for this vendor in Vendor Maintenance and their associated phone numbers. |
Invoice # |
The transaction ID of the designated invoice according to posting date. |
Vendor PO # |
The vendor's order number, as designated on the Purchase Order Entry Header screen. |
Branch |
The pricing branch associated with the invoice. |
Balance |
The transaction balance of the invoice. |
Do the following as necessary to display information about transactions in a different mode:

display the Sales Order Status screen for the selected transaction, for sales order transactions only. You can arrange for delivery by changing the status. |
