The following control maintenance records belong to the REP (Reports) area within the GENRL (General) category.
Allow ODBC Access For Eclipse Reports
Indicate whether to allow access to the open database connectivity (ODBC) version of a report created using Eclipse Reports.

Capture Login Info
Indicate whether the system captures login information for the User Logins Report, which shows for each branch the maximum, minimum, or total number of users logged into UniVerse each day.

Additional Information
|
A user's branch at the time of login is determined by the printer location branch, the user's home branch, and the first branch to which the user is authorized.

Default Days Before Today For Hold File Select Start Date
Specify the number of days before today through which the system searches for Hold file entries.

Outcome of setting this control record
|
Sets the number of days the system goes back in time to gather Hold file entries for display when opening the Report Queue window. Setting this record to a small number of days can decrease the amount of time it takes hold entries to display.

Additional Information

If a user specifies a different starting date for the select using the Selection menu on the Report Queue window, the number of days before the current date indicated by that date becomes the default days before today for a Hold file select for that user.

Lower Threshold Clients
For internal Eclipse use only.
Enter customers that want the system to set the disk free space threshold value set to 85 percent rather than 95 percent when Eclipse runs the Client Display Free (DF) Report.
Minimum Days Before Report Purge
Specify the number of days, 0-99999, to retain a report in the Hold file before it is purged. You can delete individual reports at any time using the Report > Delete menu, or delete reports by date using the Report > Purge All Date menus in the Report Queue window.
Phantom Log Exempt Programs
Enter the programs to exempt from being logged by the phantom process. Unless entered here, all phantoms that are run are logged along with times, accounts, phantom name, and parameter information.
Phantom Log Purge
Enter the number of days to retain phantom log records before the system purges them.
