Outbound Email Overview

Outbound Email is a companion product that allows you to email paperwork rather than only printing or faxing. It is available everywhere

For example, if a customer places an order using Web Commerce, you can set up Outbound Email to automatically email a response, such as an acknowledgement or a copy of their sales order. For more information on activity triggers and how to set them, see Assigning Activity Triggers.
