Your system administrator identifies the system storage location for all reports at the time of installation. Once established, we recommend not changing the location. If you find that you are running out of space on your server, you should delete reports that are no longer needed or allocate more space for that part of the system.
Use the File System For Eclipse Reports control maintenance record to identify where the system should store your reports. The path you enter in this control maintenance record displays on the Admin page. To view the current path for the storage location, clickat the top of the Eclipse Reports application. The path is listed in thePartition Locationfield under theSystemarea.
