Assigning Sales Source Defaults to Terminals

Assign a default sales source to a terminal using Terminal Setup.  For more information about setting up terminals, see Setting Up Terminals.

To assign a default sales source to a terminal:

1. From the System > System Files menu, select Terminal Setup to display the Terminal Setup window.

2. Do one of the following to find the terminal ID to which to assign the local printer:

• Right click, select Search, and enter the terminal ID.

• Click the ID column header to sort the terminals alphabetically.

3. In the Sales Source column for the terminal ID, elect a sales source.

4. Save your changes and exit the window.
