Lot Billing Change Log General Comments

Use the general comments to quickly review the changes made to the lot item using the Lot Item Status screen fields or the Lot Item Material Detail screen fields. For example, a comment can indicate what type of price change was made.

Log entry...	Indicates...
Lot Item Created	lot item is created. If using material detail pricing, shows zeroes for original price and cost, followed by new amounts based on material detail totals.
Original Lot Price $ <amount> Original Lot Cost $ <amount> Original Expected Date: Original Followup Date:	lot item is created, these log entries show the original price and cost. May also show dates set for follow up or job completion.
Material Detail Pricing Disabled	Material Detail Pricing field on Lot Item Status screen changed from Y to N
Material Detail Pricing Enabled	Material Detail Pricing field on Lot Item Status screen changed from N to Y.
Old Price : 10000.00 New Price : 15000.00 Old Cost : 6500.00 New Cost : 9500.00 Detail Lot Price/Cost Change	Lot Price or Lot Cost fields change. Shows changed amounts and old amounts.
Changes made to Detail Prices/Costs not applied to Total Prices/Costs	changes in material detail are not applied to the lot item price or cost.
Lot Order Totals Changed by canceling Material Detail	invoiced generation is canceled and Material Detail Pricing field is set to Y.
Lot Value Changed to Respect Total Order Amount	Lot Totals screen is used to prorate an order total over all open generations.
Advance Billing Factor Changed From: 1.0	value of the Advance Billing Factor field for a lot item changes. Shows old value; view Lot Item Status screen to see new value.
Item Placed in Material List Item : *Siemens Panelboard Original Price: $100.000 Original Cost: $75.000 Original Qty: 10	an item was added to material detail list. Shows item description, and original order quantity. Also shows any original price and cost specified. When using Advance Billing Factor pricing, price and cost usually show as $0.000.
Item: *Siemens Panelboard Price was: $150.000 Price is: $250.000 Cost was: $50.000 Cost is: $100.000	an item's price or cost is changed. Shows old and new amounts.
Item: *Siemens Panelboard Qty was: 10 Qty is: 15	the item quantity is changed. Shows old and new quantities.
Item Cancelled from Material List Item : Siemens Panelboard Item: Siemens Panelboard Qty Cancelled Qty was: 15 Qty is:	you cancel an invoiced lot generation after cancelling the payable in A/P Entry. Shows the item and the quantity canceled.
Customer called and said some of the material was damaged in transit.	a user adds a comment to the log.
Lot Item Price and/or Cost Changed	the item price or cost was changed. May include a user comment as to the reason for the change.
