If you enter a change order and your customer then changes their mind about the products or quantities, you may need to adjust how the change order affects the master job bid. However, if you have already committed the change order, you cannot edit it any further. To cancel the effect of the original change order on the master job bid, you must un-commit it. Then, if needed, you can make changes to a copy of the original change order and commit it, instead.
You must have the SOE.MASTER.BID.EDIT authorization key, Level 1 or higher, assigned to perform this task.
To edit a committed change order:
Display the character-based system.
Note: The Master Job Bids functionality has not been incorporated into Solar Eclipse as of this release.
Use the Cr/Rbl hot key to display the "Uncommit/Recommit Option" prompt.
At the prompt, do one of the following:
To... | Enter... |
create a negative copy of the original change order, effectively canceling it, | Uncommit Only The Change Order UnCommit/Recommit screen displays. Review the information and press Enter to return to the original change order. Continue with step 8. |

If needed, commit the new change order.

If you committed the change order, display the master job bid for which the change order was entered.
