Selecting Junior Job Bid Review Screen Views

Use the following screen views to track the shipment status of your junior orders:

To view general junior order information:

  1. Display the character-based system.

Note: The Master Job Bids functionality has not been incorporated into Solar Eclipse as of this release.

  1. Review the junior orders for a master job bid.

  2. Use the Chg View hot key and select Gen Info from the list.

  3. Review the following information, as needed:

Column

Description

Stat

The order status of the junior order. Junior orders can have a status of Bid, Direct Shipment, or Canceled.

ShipDate

The date the junior order is scheduled for shipment to the customer.

ShpStat

Indicates whether the shipment is on hold or has been released for shipment.

To view junior order status information:

  1. Display the character-based system.

Note: The Master Job Bids functionality has not been incorporated into Solar Eclipse as of this release.

  1. Review the junior orders for a master job bid.

  2. Use the Chg View hot key and select Junior Status from the list.

  3. In the Junior Status column, review the order status of the junior order. Junior orders can have a status of Bid, Direct Shipment, or Canceled.

To view order followup and completion dates:

  1. Display the character-based system.

Note: The Master Job Bids functionality has not been incorporated into Solar Eclipse as of this release.

  1. Review the junior orders for a master job bid.

  2. Use the Chg View hot key and select Junior Dates from the list.

  3. Review the following information, as needed:

Description

FollowUp Dt

The next date to review the junior order.

Expected Dt

The date by which the customer needs to receive the ordered items.

To view vendor information for the order:

  1. Display the character-based system.

Note: The Master Job Bids functionality has not been incorporated into Solar Eclipse as of this release.

  1. Review the junior orders for a master job bid.

  2. Use the Chg View hot key and select Ship-From Vend from the list.

  3. In the Ship From Vendor column, review the name of the vendor who will ship the products to the customer.
