If it becomes necessary, you can delete record history from the Product Data Warehouse (PDW) Catalog.
Note: You can also use the Activity Log Purge to manage purging logs for PDW.
For example, the wrong data is imported. If an import of external data does not run properly, use the PDW Catalog Rollback Utility to delete the imported data.
To purge PDW records:
From the Tools > Product Data Warehouse (PDW) menu, select PDW Purge Utility to display the PDW Purge Utility screen.
Use the following fields to define what records you want to purge:

Indicate if you want to purge data or pricing information. |
Purge By Import Date |
Enter the import date to purge records that were imported on, before, or after the selected date. |
Purge By Source |
Enter the source you want to delete for all matching PDW records. |
Purge By Meta |
Enter the meta information you want to delete for all matching PDW records. |
Purge By Zone/Sheet |
Enter the zone or sheet you want to purge for all matching PDW pricing records. |
Purge By Eff Date |
Enter the effective date to purge records that were made effective on or after the selected date for all matching PDW pricing records. Note: This field activates only if the Purge Type is set to Price. |
Number of Price Eff. Dates to Keep |
Enter the minimum number of price sheet effective dates to maintain for the indicated price sheets regardless of the cut-off. If the Enable PDW Effective Dates control maintenance record is set to Yes on site this option makes sure to keep the āNā most current effective Dates and will purge the remaining ones. |
