For parallel wire cuts, you can have multiple layers of wire on the same spool called stacks. Use Cuttable Product Groups to define a stack group to keep track of the layers and options that can be associated to the stack and limit the number of spools you are distributing.
You can then use Cut Product Maintenance to assign the group as a stackable group.
Use in conjunction with the reel options to apply stack and reel charges.
