View Options for Quick Buy/Sell Matrix Maintenance

Use the View Manager option to define and review the buy and sell matrix information, manage expiry dates, and adjust information, as needed.

Use the Show All Cells In Quick Matrix Maint With Matching Effective Dates control maintenance record to show all cells with indicated matching criteria.

Use the Display Prod Count For Buy/Sell Group In Quick Matrix Maint control maintenance record to display the product count for the groups indicated. This setting can effect system performance.

To change view options in Quick Buy or Sell Matrix Maintenance:

From the Maintenance > Price Maintenance menu, select Quick Buy Matrix or Quick Sell Matrix to display the corresponding window.

Display the maintenance window with your selected criteria.
From the Options menu, select Change View or use the View Manager and select a view.

All views contain the following columns.

Type - The matrix type.

PQty - Expire quantity, expire type, and split quantity.
UM - Unit of measure.
Effective / Expires - The dates the buy matrix is active.

Quick Sell Matrix Maintenance Views

The following views are available for the Quick Buy Matrix Maintenance. You can also use User-Defined View Maintenance to create your own column view, as needed.

Prices	Price Basis / Price Formula - Price formulas and price basis names.
Costs	Cost Basis / Cost Formula - Cost formulas and cost basis names.
COGS	COGS Basis / COGS Formula - COGS formulas and COGS basis names.
Direct Costs	(Dir) Cost Basis - Cost formulas and cost basis names. (Dir) Cost Formula - Cost formulas and cost basis names.
Direct COGS	(Dir) COGS Basis - COGS formulas and cost basis names. (Dir) COGS Formula - COGS formulas and cost basis names.
Rebates	Contract Number - The rebate contract number. Vendor Name - The vendor name from whom the rebate is received. (Rebate) Effective / (Rebate) Expires - The dates the rebate is active.
Direct Rebates	(Dir) Contract Number - The rebate contract number. (Dir) Vendor Name - The vendor name from whom the rebate is received. (Dir)Effective / (Dir)Expires - The dates the rebate is active.
Prices / Costs	Price Basis / Price Formula - Price formulas and price basis names. Cost Basis / Cost Formula - Cost formulas and cost basis names.
Prices / COGS	Price Basis / Price Formula - Price formulas and price basis names. COGS Basis / COGS Formula - COGS formulas and COGS basis names.
Gross Profit	Price Basis / Price Formula - Price formulas and price basis names. Price $ - The unit price. GP $ / GP % - Gross profit dollar amount and gross profit percent.
COGS Override Date	Cost information and the cost override date. This option is used primarily for handling vendor rebates.

Direct COGS Override Date	Direct cost information and the direct cost override date. This option is used primarily for handling vendor rebates.

Sell Price Override Date	The date the sell price override applied.
Currency	Price Basis - Price formulas and price basis names. Price Formula - Price formulas and cost basis names. Currency -The currency type to use for the matrix.
Product Info	UPC - The universal product code (UPC) for the product. Product ID - The Eclipse-assigned product number. Price Line - The price line the product uses. Status - The current product status, such as Stock.
