Direct Through Stock Inventory

Eclipse provides the necessary tools to manage Direct Through Stock (DTS) Inventory or material ordered for your customer that is warehoused for them by you or another distributive branch. You bill the customer up-front for any material received into the warehousing branch.

Note: This is also known as in-direct or reverse consignment.

Eclipse helps you manage inventory along with keeping track of material shipments to the customer or customer site. Typically, this process is used for maintaining inventory on large jobs for job sites that do not have the space or facilities to hold the material. The distributor provides the extra service for their customer.

With Direct-Through-Stock functionality you can create shipments, branch transfers, inventory adjustments, and customer credits on DTS inventory.
