Running the Customer Consignment Report

Use the Customer Consignment Report to view customer consignment activity for a specified range of dates. The report shows customers, their consigned products, product locations, and beginning and ending on-hand quantities. Consignment transfers and consignment billing for the period is also shown.

To run the Customer Consignment Report:

  1. From the Orders > Consignment Inventory menu, select Customer Consignment Report to display the Customer Consignment Report window.

  2. In the Branch field, enter the branch for which you want to report on customer consignments.

  3. In the Start Date and End Date fields, specify the date range for which to report.

  4. In the Sort By field, specify how you want to sort the report. ClosedAvailable selections

    • Customer

    • Buy Line

    • Price Line

    • Customer Part #

    • Description

  1. In the Select By field, specify which area you want to run the report for. ClosedAvailable selections

    • Bill-To Customer

    • Ship-To Customer

    • Buy Line

    • Price Line

    • Product

Note: Depending on which select option you choose, a new field displays.

  1. In the entry box to the right of the Select By field, enter the bill-to customer, ship-to customer, buy line, price line, or product you want to report on (depending on your selection in the previous step).

  2. Set options, if needed, and generate the report.
