Setup Requirements for Sales Order Header Information

Following are the control maintenance records and authorization keys used with the Sales Order Entry Header tab, as well as the Additional Header Information window.

Only a System Administrator is authorized to set control maintenance records and authorization keys.

Control Maintenance Records

Set the following control maintenance records:

• Allow Users To Pick Orders Outside Their Home Branch

• Default Copy Mode for OE Header Screen

• Display Invoice Print Date In SOE Header

• Shipping Branch Override

• Valid Customer Invoice Status Codes

• Valid Product Catalogs

Authorization Keys

Assign the following authorization keys:

• CONTACT.MAINT

• GL.BRANCH.EDIT

• INV.INV.STAT

• SOE.EDIT.CLOSED.PERIOD

• SOE.EDIT.VIEW.ONLY.NOTES

• SOE.JM.EDIT.CUST.PO

• SOE.SALESPERSON.EDIT

• SOE.WRITER.EDIT
