Using the Salesperson Dashboard

The Salesperson Dashboard provides a central location for sales managers to review their salesperson groups at a glance. The options provide a snapshot of how salesperson personnel within a group are managing assigned customers, such as how many customer relationship management (CRM) activities they have logged for their accounts and the dollar volume of open bids and outstanding opportunities.

Sales managers can populate the dashboard by message group, usually their sales personnel groups, and monitor bids and opportunity dollars in correlation to sales activities. Managers can then make informed decisions about activities or customer interaction with their sales personnel.
