Viewing a MapQuest or Google Map of an Order's Ship-To Address

If you have Internet access on your PC, you can view a MapQuest or Google map of a customer's ship-to address from the Status tab of a sales order.

To view a MapQuest or Google map of an order's ship-to address:

1. Create or open a sales order and display the order's Status tab.

2. From the View menu, select Track Shipment.

3. Select MapQuest or Google Maps, depending on which map site you want to view.

Depending on your selection, a MapQuest or Google map of the shipping location displays in your web browser.
