Product-Specific API Configurations

The API Configurations window lets you access multiple Eclipse companion product API settings from a single window-interface. The left pane provides tabs for each companion product that uses the API configurations.

In Eclipse, navigate from the Main Menu to System > System Programming > Add On Products > API Maintenance > API Configurations.

Note: You must have the companion product enabled to review the log for that companion's configuration. If you need more information about a companion product listed that you do not own yet, contact your Eclipse Inside Salesperson or Eclipse Support.

Each companion product has its own setup requirements. Use the following to configure the companion products you have purchased and enabled.

Epicor Commerce (EC)

ECis a web commerce solution provided by Epicor. Eclipse can interface to ECand provide you with a powerful web commerce tool. For instructions on installing, implementing and using EC, access the online help connected to the primary ECapplication.

For setting up your company to interface with the primary ECand its associated APIs, use the ECdocumentation guidelines:

Vantiv Credit Card Payment Processing Services

Vantiv Payment Processes provides a third-party service for credit card processing. For more information, see Managing Vantiv Payments Accounts Overview .

There are no specific settings for API configurations for Vantiv.

Epicor Tax Connect for Eclipse (Avalara)

Epicor Tax Connect provides a third-party interface to calculate tax with the most up to date tax tables. For more information about how Epicor Tax Connect works with Eclipse, see Epicor Tax Connect for Eclipse.
