Use the Summary Hours window to view a list of the hours each user spent time working on a tracker. The window displays quoted hours, billed hours, and non-billed hours in view-only mode.
To view a summary of hours worked on a tracker:
Open the tracker for which you want to view the hours logged.
From the Additional menu, select Summary Hours to display the Summary Hours dialog box.
The system displays the following information:

Description |
Invoice Number |
For Eclipse use only. |
Order Status |
Displays the order's status code, such as I for invoice. See Sales Order Statuses for a list of possible statuses. |
Quoted Hours |
For Eclipse use only. |
Difference |
The difference between quoted hours and actual worked hours on the tracker. |
User Name |
Each user who has worked on the tracker. |
Billable Hours |
The total billable hours for each user who has worked on the tracker. |
Non-Billable Hours |
The total non-billable hours for each user who has worked on the tracker. Note: Billable and non-billable hours are determined by the task code associated with the hours recorded on the Detail Tracking Hours window. These task codes are defined on the Task Code Maintenance window. |
Total Hours |
At the bottom of the Billable Hours and Non-Billable Hours fields, the total billable and non-billable hours. |
Total Dollars |
The total dollar amount of billable time. |
Use the following File menu options to view more information about the tracker:

Displays the Detail Tracking Hours window for the user on which the cursor is positioned. |

Exit the window to return to the Call Tracking Entry window.
