Use Web Drill Analysis to view item counts in your product category divisions on your web site. For example, if you have a category called Fittings that has 5000 items underneath it, including those in the subcategories, you may decide to break the Fittings category into multiple categories.
To view category item counts:
Display the character-based system.
Note: The category item counts functionality has not been incorporated into Solar Eclipse as of this release.
From the System > System Programming > Add-On Products > Web Commerce menu, select Web Drill Analysis to display the Web Drill Analysis screen.
In the Report Drills with Counts Above field, type the minimum item count number.
For example, if you want to view categories with more than 2000 items in them, enter 2000 in this field. The report includes all categories that have more than 2000 items total in all the subcategories combined.
To include items that do not have an associated price in the item count, press the space bar in the Hide Zero Price Items field to delete the asterisk (*).
